Order Cancellation

Order cancellation request is responsible for 8% of the order amount as bank handling charges before the shipping procedure is processed. You have to submit the request to cs@hideandseekstore.com, the 8% bank handling charges will be deducted from the order amount directly.

Order cancellation is ineligible when the shipping procedure is processed.

In case of dispute, hideandseekStore reserves the right to make the final decision on all cases. Thank you for your understanding.
